Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using we41.store (the "Service") operated by we41.store ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

we41.store provides AI-powered marketing analysis and competitive intelligence reports for businesses. The Service includes:

AI-generated marketing analysis reports
Competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis
Score tracking across brand, social media, SEO, content, and engagement
Monthly digest emails and automated competitor alerts (Standard/Premium plans)

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

we41.store offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) billed monthly in GBP. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Report limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Extra reports may be purchased as one-time add-ons.
Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds for completed reports or consumed subscription periods. If you believe there is a billing error, contact us at support@we41.store within 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any report or output from the Service without our prior written consent.
Use the Service to generate reports on behalf of third parties as a bureau service without a commercial licence.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data.
Submit false or misleading company information to manipulate report outcomes.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for internal business use. We retain ownership of the Service, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property. You retain ownership of any data you provide to generate reports.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Reports are generated using AI and publicly available data. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we41.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time from Settings; this will cancel any active subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
